Our services include live event painting and custom artwork. We will work with you to fully customize your experience and your artwork to capture your event and your vision.
LIVE EVENT PAINTING
We will capture your painting live on canvas by working directly with you to create your vision. We also offer guest portraits to create a one-of-a-kind favor for your guests. Inquire below to learn more about package options which start at $1800 for live paintings and $400/hour for guest portraits.
CUSTOM ARTWORK
At Sahara Art Studios, we do much more than live event painting. We offer hand drawn portraits, painting of pets, painted jackets, and more. View the gallery and inquire for more information.
How live painting works:
Before your event:
Please reach out by filling out an inquiry form. Once I have confirmed that I am available for your date, I will send you a contract. You will secure your date with a 20% deposit and signed contract. We will meet (virtually or in person) approximately 3 - 5 weeks before your event to discuss your vision (color preferences, poses, scenes, anything else that is of importance to you).
Day of your event:
I will arrive at the venue approximately 2 hours prior to the event to begin painting the scene, venue permitting. I will take photos and videos to use for reference throughout the event. At the end of the night, your painting will look complete, and I will take it back to the studio to add in details and finishing touches.
After your event:
I will finish the details and finishing touches within 3 weeks of your event and send you a photo to ensure that I have your final okay before varnishing the painting. Then, I will package and mail your painting or arrange for a pick-up if you are local to my studio.
